To have the "student experience" click the "Create Demo" button in your essay-assignment dashboard that appears when you select a lesson in your "Assignments" area:

This will take you to the essay-setup page:

When you click "Start Writing", it will take to the Writing Frame area. This is where your students (and you, if you wish) will write their masterpieces:

Incidentally, when you do write and create a demo, the students will be able to see it in The Hive, just as you can see their work:
