Archiving Old Courses & Adding New Students

This guide will help with archiving old groups from last school year and creating new groups to load new students.

Step 1 - Archiving Old Groups/Courses

  • Click on the Groups tab

  • Select the course(s) you would like to archive

  • Check the Archive group

Step 2 - Creating New Groups

  • While in the Groups tab, press the Create Group button

  • Label your course in the box provided (ex. Period 1 - 2021)
    ​Repeat steps for as many classes as you need

Step 3 - Inviting Students to New Group

  • While in the Groups tab, press the paper airplane in the Group Code(s) column

  • Copy & paste the text that appears in the modal to send to students

  • Students will join by clicking on the Join tab, then the blue Join Group square, and entering in the Group Join code in the box provided.
