How to Add Contributors in Essential ERM

Learn how Admins can add Contributors who interact through email and simplified screens, not through full system access.

What Is a Contributor?

  • A Contributor is a limited user role in Essential ERM.

  • Contributors cannot log into the full system or see regular dashboards.

  • Instead, they interact through:

    • Emails

    • Simplified web screens linked to specific workflow requests

  • They are typically invited into workflows by Standard or Admin users.

Note: This guide is for Admins — Contributors do not need this documentation or prior training.

How to Add a Contributor

  1. From the Admin Menu, select Manage Contributors.

  2. Click the blue Add Contributors button.

  3. Enter the name of the Contributor in the name field.

  4. Click on the email column to enter their email address.

Once added, the Contributor can be invited into specific workflows as needed.
