These mobile-friendly screens are designed for Contributors who need to quickly respond on the go. Contributors do not need a login to access these features.
System Access on Mobile Devices
While login is possible on mobile devices, the rest of the Essential ERM platform is primarily designed for:
Desktop and notebook monitors
Ideal resolution: 1920 × 1080 or higher
On smaller screens or lower resolutions, full system functionality may not scale properly or may be harder to use.
Enhancements for tablet scaling are planned for future updates.
Why Are Columns Misaligned on My Screen?
If columns or graphics look misaligned in the Enterprise Risk Console or reports:
Check your screen resolution — issues may appear on lower resolutions
Try zooming out your browser:
Chrome/Edge shortcut: Ctrl + - (zoom out)
Fixes for display issues and improved screen scaling are planned in upcoming releases.
