What Happens After Linking a Risk
Once a risk is attached to an objective:
It appears below the objective with its Risk Name and Risk Rank
A colored light shows the Residual Risk Score status
Based on the Heat Map color logic
If the risk has an active Indicator Alert, it shows before the risk name
Understanding the Link Between Risks and Objectives
When attaching risks, consider:
Risks to the objective: Events that may hinder or help the objective
Risks from the objective: New risks introduced as a result of pursuing the objective
Viewing, Navigating, and Managing Attached Risks
Click the Risk Name or its circle in the Heat Map to open its details
Risks are listed by rank order under the objective
If there are more than 10 risks, click “View all risks” to open a filtered Enterprise Risk Console view
Detaching a Risk from an Objective
To remove the link:
Open the Risk Details screen
Scroll to the Strategic Objectives section
Remove the objective from the list
