How the Filters Work

Filters are located at the top of the Strategy Console. You can use them individually or combine multiple filters to show only the risks, objectives, and categories that meet all selected conditions.

Available Filter Options

Show Suppressed

  • By default, suppressed risks are hidden

  • Enabling this option displays suppressed risks

  • Suppressing a risk removes it from selected screens and reports (set in the Risk Details screen)

By Owners or Business Areas

  • Filters for risks assigned to a specific Risk Owner or tagged with a Business Area

  • Any categories or objectives with no matching risks are removed from view

By Category or Sub-Category

  • Filters for risks by their assigned Category or Sub-Category

  • Strategic Categories and Objectives that don’t match are removed

By Portfolio (Optional Feature)

  • This filter appears only if the Portfolio feature is enabled

  • Filters to show only Objectives from a specific Portfolio

  • Standard Users can filter only the portfolios they have access to

  • Admin Users can filter all portfolios

Date Field

  • Allows you to view the console as it was on a specific past date

  • Displays the risks that were linked to each Objective on that date

  • Note: Risk scores and ranks shown will still reflect current values

  • Click the field again and select “Clear” to reset to today’s view
