The Reporting tab is accessible to all user types and opens by default on the configurable Heat Map report.

Use the dropdown filters to control which risks appear. For example, selecting:

  • Residual

  • By Risk (10)

  • A Business Area tag like “Board Report”
will display the top 10 ranked risks with that tag, plotted by residual scores.

Portfolio Filter

Visible only if the Portfolio feature is enabled. Users only see risks from portfolios they have access to.

Historical View

The calendar dropdown lets users plot risks based on historical scores. Deleted risks won’t appear, even if they existed on that past date.

Downloading Heat Maps

  • Standard & Admin Users can download maps as PNG files.

  • Read Only Users can filter and view reports but cannot download.

Legend Display Options

By default, the legend appears to the right. Hover over risk circles to see full names.

You can also check “Show legend below chart” to place the legend under the chart—this helps with long risk names and report formatting.

Other Report Types

Risk Trend Report

Updated nightly. Shows risk score changes over a chosen time period. Filtering works the same as in the Heat Map.

Key Risk Summary Report

Summarized risk details for reporting:

  • Risk Name (clickable)

  • Description and Residual Risk Score

  • 90d Trend: compares to 90 days ago (green = lower, red = higher, gray = same)

  • 365d Trend: same logic, but over a year

  • Notes: pulled from “Previous Period” and “Current Period” Notes in the Risk Details screen

Industry-Specific Reports

Some accounts may include extra reports like Key Metrics Report for financial institutions. These have their own guides.
