How do I add a risk owner?

Add or manage risk owners from the Risk Details screen or Admin > Risk and Mitigation Owners.

Risk owners can be added directly from the Risk Details screen or managed centrally by Admins.

Add a Risk Owner from the Risk Details Screen

  1. Click the Owner Dropdown
    In the top right corner of the Risk Details screen, click the Owner dropdown.

  2. Click “Add Value”
    Select Add Value to open a search field.

  3. Type a Name
    Start typing the owner's name.
    If the name does not already exist, you'll be given the option to add it as a new owner.

  4. Select the New Owner
    After creating the new owner, reopen the dropdown and select the new name to assign it.

Manage Owners in the Admin Section (Admin Only)

Admins can also manage risk and mitigation owners from:

Admin > Risk and Mitigation Owners

From there, owners can be added, renamed, or deleted across the system.
