The Issue
When logging in, you might see three flashing dots under the login button and nothing happens.
This usually means:
Essential ERM is open in more than one browser tab or window.
Essential ERM is optimized to run in only one tab or window. Opening it in multiple locations at the same time will interrupt the login process.
How to Fix It
Close all tabs and windows where Essential ERM is open.
Open a new browser window.
Navigate to the login page and try logging in again.
Why This Happens
When Essential ERM is open in multiple tabs or windows:
The login session gets interrupted.
The app gets “stuck” showing the loading dots instead of progressing.
Best Practice
Always keep Essential ERM open in just one browser tab at a time.
