To get started with Essential ERM, you’ll need to set your password using the invitation email sent by your system administrator. This email comes from ERM Notifications (notifications@essential.com).
Didn't receive the email?
- Check your spam/junk folder. 
 
 
- Still missing? Contact your system administrator. 
 
 
Setting Your Password
- Click the link or button in the invitation email. 
 
 - If links are blocked, copy and paste the URL into your browser manually. 
 
 
 
- The link expires after 4 days. If expired, you’ll need to reset your invitation (covered here). 
 
 
- Enter a password that meets all requirements: 
 
 - At least 12 characters 
 
 
- One lowercase letter 
 
 
- One uppercase letter 
 
 
- One number 
 
 
- One special character (e.g., !, ?) 
 
 
 
- Re-enter to confirm and click Set Password. 
 
 
First-Time Login
- Click the Login button after setting your password. 
 
 
- Enter your email and new password. 
 
 
- Click Login again to access your home screen. 
 
 
Bookmark the Login Page
After logging out (via your initials in the top-right), you’ll return to the login screen. We recommend bookmarking this page for easy access—it's not publicly listed on the Tracker Networks website.
