To get started with Essential ERM, you’ll need to set your password using the invitation email sent by your system administrator. This email comes from ERM Notifications (notifications@essential.com).

Still missing? Contact your system administrator.
Setting Your Password
Click the link or button in the invitation email.
If links are blocked, copy and paste the URL into your browser manually.
The link expires after 4 days. If expired, you’ll need to reset your invitation (covered here).
Enter a password that meets all requirements:
At least 12 characters
One lowercase letter
One uppercase letter
One number
One special character (e.g., !, ?)
Re-enter to confirm and click Set Password.
First-Time Login
Click the Login button after setting your password.
Enter your email and new password.
Click Login again to access your home screen.
Bookmark the Login Page
After logging out (via your initials in the top-right), you’ll return to the login screen. We recommend bookmarking this page for easy access—it's not publicly listed on the Tracker Networks website.
