Assigning Approvers
Navigate to the Assessment Details screen.
Click Approvers in the submenu (top left).
Click Add Approver (top right of the Approvers section).
Select a user from the dropdown. Repeat for multiple approvers.
Approvers can be added anytime until approvals are closed.
To remove an approver:
Check the box next to their name.
Click Remove Approver (top right).
Sending Approval Requests
From the Assessment Details screen, click Assessments in the submenu.
Click End Now (top right) to close the assessment.
Confirm the action in the popup by selecting Yes, end now.
Now back in Approvers, check the box next to one or more approvers:
Click Send Approver Request(s) to notify them via email.
Use one-by-one requests for cascading approvals.
Responding to Approvals
Approvers click the Start now button or URL in the email, leading to the My Approval Requests screen. From here:
Click the item name under Approval Name.
Click Open Approval Item on the right.
On the approval screen, click Respond (top right).
In the popup, choose:
Approve
Approve with Conditions
Reject
(Optional: add a comment)
Click Submit Response.
Repeat for other requests until the list shows 100% complete.
Reviewing and Managing Responses
Assessment Managers can:
View status and comments in the Approvers section.
Click End Approvals to finalize the process.
Click Reopen Approvals to re-open if needed.
Select an approver and click Reset Status to revert a response.
Remove an approver if needed.

Assign and manage approvers for risk assessments at any time. Close assessments to trigger approvals and track completion status.
