Accessing the Risk Voting Page

To get to the risk voting page:

  • Click Risks from the top navigation bar.

  • Select Risk Votes.

  • Click on any listed votes to enter the Risk Voting Details page.​

Vote Administration Panel (Right Side of Screen)

Example of what the vote administration panel may look like:

Under the Management section:

  • Display Vote PIN: Shows your vote PIN and voting URL in the bottom-right corner for a few seconds.

  • Change Vote Manager: Lets you assign a new risk vote manager. Only Admin users can assign Vote Managers, and they may only assign other Admin users.

  • Reopen Vote: You can reopen the vote and set a new end date.

  • View Start/End Dates: See when the vote started and ends.​

Under the Setup section:

  • View vote setup details. (Note: setup cannot be edited after voting starts.)

Under the Participants section:

  • Add Participants to the vote.

  • You cannot remove participants once they’ve been added.

Under the Responses tab:

  • See how many participants have voted.

  • View who has or hasn’t submitted a vote.

  • Click Send Voting Reminder to email participants who haven’t voted yet.

Viewing the Risk Heatmap

  • Located under the Vote Administration tab.​

  • Toggle between Selected Risk and All Risks to view different heatmap views.

Voting Results Section

Under the Risks area:

  • View the results of the vote for each risk.

  • Use the toggle bar to switch between risks.

In the top-right corner:

  • Click View Risk to open the full risk details.​

  • Click Edit Risk to make changes to the selected risk.

Additional options:

  • Anonymize: Hide voter identities and scores.

For each risk, the results will show:

  • The risk topic being voted on.​

  • Number of votes for each vote attribute

  • Average vote.

  • The currently set risk level.

  • If not anonymized, who voted and what score they gave.
