Example: You might have a "Data Privacy" theme that applies to obligations across your AML framework, your IT Security framework, and your Customer Due Diligence framework.
Managing Themes
Themes are created by Admin users in the admin area
Admin users can create up to 10 themes
Themes can be applied to obligations, policies, and controls
Themes use an n:n relationship — any resource can have multiple themes, and any theme can apply to multiple resources
Using Themes for Filtering
On each of the obligations, policies, controls and evidence tasks (coming soon) consoles, theme tabs appear at the top of the screen. Clicking a theme filters the table to show only resources tagged with that theme. The "All" tab shows all obligations regardless of theme.
Assigning Themes
Themes are assigned to individual resources through the Associations section on the details screen of each resource. Click Manage Associations to add or remove theme tags.
