Regardless of user type, all Action Plan owners receive emails from notifications@essentialerm.com. The emails resemble the format below:

Action Plan Owners can update the status of the action plan by clicking on the link multiple times until the link expires.

Clicking on the link will open a browser window and from which the Action Plan Owner can update the status of the action item and provide a note.

Any notes from the Action Plan status update are recorded in the notes section of the Action Plan. Notes can viewed by logging into the system and opening the relevant Action Plan.

Action Plan Notes

Once the status has been updated, no further action is required. All changes are automatically recorded in the system change log.
