To change your password once you are logged into Essential ERM, click on your name in the top right corner to expand the drop down menu. Then click on “Change Password”.

You will be prompted with a pop-up window that will ask you to input your existing password and to select a new one.

Password must contain the following:

A lowercase letter

A capital (uppercase) letter

A number

A special character (!, ?, etc...)

Minimum 12 characters

Each Essential ERM User has their own unique login ID and password for Essential ERM. You should never share your password with anyone else, including your system administrator. You should also not reuse passwords from other systems or write them down and post them in locations where people may be able to gain access to them.
