Manage Contributors

Note that there is an additional role for use with Essential ERM called a Contributor. Contributors cannot log into the system and view the functionality and screens described in this User Guide. Instead, Contributors may be invited into workflow processes by Standard and Admin Users. Contributors will interact with Essential ERM through emails and simplified web screens as described in later sections of this document.

This User Guide is not intended for and should not be provided to Contributors. Most Contributors do not require prior training to be able to effectively respond to Essential ERM workflow requests.

From the Admin Menu, navigate to Manage Contributors.

Click the blue Add Contributors button and then enter the user name.

Once the name has been entered, click on enter email under the email column.
