Click on your user name in the top right corner of the top menu bar and select “Admin” from the drop down menu that appears.

The first admin screen that opens will be the heat map configuration screen. The dropdown arrows ▼ on each square of the heat map can be used to select the colour that will appear in heat map reports and the risk lights that are displayed based on likelihood and impact values for inherent and residual risk.

Note that the values of 1 to 5 for likelihood and impact cannot be edited. Administrators can, however, activate an easy quantitative risk calculation by selecting Yes for “Display risk probabilities & financial impacts”.

Administrators can input the probability percentage associated with each likelihood value and the dollar amount of each impact value. These values will be multiplied to create estimated risk values throughout the system. Note these values will only be displayed when this feature is turned on.
