The Risk Library functionality allows system administrators to create and manage Risk Templates for use within their organization. Risk Templates can be created manually by system administrators, or selected from shared risk templates managed by Tracker Networks and our advisory firm partners.

Users can then browse templates within the libraries that they have been granted access to and use the templates to quickly and easily create new risks within Essential ERM. Risk Libraries functionality is an optional feature that must first be included in your organization’s subscription and then be enabled by your system administrator.

Creating and Editing Risk Libraries

Admin users can create a new Risk Library in the Risk Libraries Admin Tab, pictured below. Once created, Admin Users can grant access to the Library to Standard Users. Note that Read Only Users cannot access libraries and Admin Users have access to all Libraries. Admin Users can edit the name of a Library by clicking on it in this screen. They can also use this screen to delete a Library or merge it into another (deleting the Library while transferring its templates and Standard Users to another Library).
