Essential Strategy is a complementary module and system that is sold separately from Essential ERM. Essential Strategy can be used as a standalone system, or as an integrated module with Essential ERM.

Essential Strategy provides additional features for leadership teams, business managers, and ERM managers to better plan, communicate, and execute their strategic objectives.

Essential Strategy provides Users the ability to track and manage additional attributes about their objectives, including progress towards completion, progress towards budget and benefits, linked performance and risk indicators, logic model diagrams, strategic initiatives (projects) and more.
