Search or browse diagnoses of diseases and other health related problems from descriptions and match it to the correct ICD-10 diagnostic code.

There are 2 ways to search for ICD-10 diagnostic codes on the EMGuidance platform:

Use the ICD-10 navigation icon in the bottom right of the app, or click the ICD-10 link in the top menu if you are using EMGuidance from your web browser.

If you know the Chapter associated with the ICD-10 code you need, simply tap or click it to expand the selection. Browse the list and select the descriptions that best match what you are looking for.

The search bar can be located near the top of the ‘Discover’ landing page of the EMGuidance website or app. Use the Search bar and type the keywords that best describe the code you need and let us do the rest.
