There are 2 ways to access your CPD certificate from the EMGuidance platform:
Access your CPD certificate from your Profile
Access your CPD certificate from your CPD wallet using the EMGuidance mobile app
Access your CPD certificate from your Profile
On the ‘Discover’ landing page, click on your profile icon which is in the top left corner of the EMGuidance app (or right hand side if you are accessing EMGuidance website).
In your profile select ‘Certificates’
Click on ‘Filter by year’ and select the relevant year.
Scroll to the CPD certificate which you want to access.
Tap on the three dots on the right-hand side of the CPD title.
Select the appropriate option to access your CPD certificate.

Access your CPD certificate from the Academy section using the EMGuidance mobile app
Locate the toolbar at the bottom of the screen and select ‘Academy’ to access the EMGuidance Academy area (the toolbar is at the top of the page if you are accessing the EMGuidance website).
Tap on the 3 lines located on the top right-hand side of the screen.
Click on ‘Filter by year’ and select the relevant year.
Scroll to the CPD certificate which you want to access.
Tap on the three dots on the right-hand side of the CPD title.
Select the appropriate option to access your CPD certificate.
