A Product Listing is a sponsored medicine listing, provided by a pharmaceutical partner, containing information about a specific branded medicine (or trade name).
Note: Not all branded products registered in the country are available on the EMGuidance platform. If we do not have the product listing available (depicted by a blue pill icon), please refer to the active ingredient monograph for information on the relevant molecule (depicted by a white pill icon).
Search for a Product Listing using the search bar on the ‘Discover’ landing page:
The search bar can be located near the top of the ‘Discover’ landing page of the EMGuidance website or app.
Tap into the search bar, and start entering the name of the medicine which you are interested in. This can be a trade name, active ingredient, indication, pharmaceutical classification or a pharmaceutical company name.
To narrow your search results to display medicines information only, tap on the button under the search bar to see results for 'Medicines'.
Select the relevant medicine tile from the list of returned search results to open and view the content. Note: active ingredient monographs are depicted by a 'white pill' icon and sponsored product listings are depicted by a 'blue pill' icon.
Once selected, open the product listing to view the content provided by the pharmaceutical company, including the professional information (PI), indications, dosage, and much more.

Using the EMGuidance mobile app:
Locate the toolbar at the bottom of the screen and select ‘Library’ to open. In the Library section, select ‘Medicines’.
Browse through the EMGuidance medicines database, categorised by therapeutic area, to navigate to the medicine which you are interested in viewing. Product listings can be identified by the blue pill icon next to the product name.
Using the EMGuidance website:
Locate the toolbar at the top of the page and select 'Medicines’ to open the medicine library.
