CEO update

2025 has kicked off with a bang! Ardex Technology has powered the country’s summer sales to great results, and we look forward to supporting these key events throughout 2025.

We have also continued our engineering investment into our core Flagship products – Premier and Essentials to deliver ongoing stability via active monitoring tools and an ongoing uplift of the supporting infrastructure. These benefits will flow through to all users, especially those that use our remote access services.

Running in parallel we continue to build our new state of the art cloud platform – EPONA, now ready for early access by existing and new to Ardex service providers such as vets, farriers and equine dentists.

Throughout the rest of 2025 we will launch capabilities for other users within our ecosystem, namely agistment farms, thoroughbred trainers, broodmare and stud farms.

What is important to you

Our 2024 Technology Survey provided valuable insights to guide the development of EPONA, our new horse management solution.

With 81% of respondents willing to use horse software to reduce costs, yet struggling with multiple systems and sources of truth, it's clear that streamlining operations is a top priority. Most have relied on their current software for over two years, and 89% use it daily and multiple times a day.

When selecting new software, 57% of respondents prioritise product quality and reliability, with purchases largely influenced by online demonstrations or word of mouth. These insights reinforce our commitment to making EPONA an easy-to-adopt platform that simplifies horse business management to access anytime.

Product updates

Upcoming webinar

With the release of our first iteration of EPONA for service providers, we’re excited to invite you to our first EPONA webinar on March 20th at 2pm.

During the session, our team will provide:

· A functional demonstration of EPONA

· An overview of the EPONA delivery roadmap

· A live Q & A session

While this iteration of EPONA may not be specifically tailored to your farm or stable, we encourage you to join as it will feature core functionality relevant to you. If you work with external farriers, dentists, physios, or other service providers, we encourage you to invite them along to see how EPONA can support their business and integrate with yours in the long run.

Premier Cloud by Ardex

We’ve heard your concerns about the instability caused by updates from Microsoft, Printer firmware, etc., which have impacted our current Premier Remote offering. We understand your frustrations and have been working hard to find a solution. That's why we are excited to share with you our new solution – Premier Cloud, which provides cloud-based remote access to Premier.

This solution is currently undergoing testing and will soon be available to all our clients. If you're interested in early access to trial the solution, please feel free to contact our support team.

30-day warranty period

Ardex has implemented a new policy, whereby any bug fixes or feature releases require user feedback within 30 calendar days of delivery. This action has been taken to ensure we remain accountable for our services and to enable Ardex to close off tickets in a timely manner.


Support update

Our new phone system has been working extremely well since we announced the change back in our last Newsletter!

Please remember if you need assistance but can't reach us directly, you can always leave a voicemail for our dedicated Support team. Simply call our main line and if you are unable to get through to someone, please leave us a detailed message, including your name, contact information, and a brief description of your issue.


Recent incidents

Ardex has been experiencing ongoing issues delivering email to recipients with Telstra Bigpond email accounts. Despite ongoing liaising with Telstra, the degradation of their email service due to a lack of ongoing investment continues to cause significant issues.

While we continue to make every effort to ensure the prompt delivery of emails, originating from Ardex to @bigpond.com addresses, we cannot guarantee their success due to our inability to control a 3rd parties’ application.
