Account user status and access

Different statuses a user can be in and actions that can be taken

Depending on the user's status, different actions can be performed. All actions can be accessed via the main menu on the table or by right clicking on the user's name in the table

Account statuses

Active - user is an active user of the database and can access different areas depending on the permissions added to the user

  • Actions available

    • Disable - disable a user so they no longer have access to the database

Disabled - user has been deactivated and can no longer access the database

  • Actions available

    • Enable - enable a user so they can access the database again

    • Delete - remove a user from the database. Will no longer appear in the view and will have to be reinvited if they require access again

Awaiting Verification - email invite has been sent but not acted on by user

  • Actions available

    • Resend Verification Email - will send the invite to the user's email again

    • Delete - remove a user from the database. Will no longer appear in the view and will have to be reinvited if they require access again
