The information in the table can be searched, sorted and filtered
Search
A search can be performed on the whole table from the search on the right-hand side of the table
or within a specific column by selecting the small icon in the table column and entering the search criteria.
Filter
Select the small icon in the table column and then select the fields to be viewed. Unselect ALL and then select the fields to be displayed. One or more can be selected then select OK. Only fields chosen will be displayed in the table
Sort
Click on the column to sort by.
The column will be sorted in descending order. To change to ascending, click the column again. You can also sort by selecting the small icon in the table column. The arrow in the column will indicate which way the column is sorted.
If you wish to have a secondary search, select the first column to sort by then hold down the Ctrl key on the keyboard and select the 2nd column. A number will appear indicating the primary search then the secondary search.
