How to add a person/firm

Add person records to your database

  • Go to People 

  • Click on "Add person" 

Roles option will be displayed

The person's role can be selected from the drop down box or at the bottom of the Add person screen. If role(s) are selected from the drop down box, click next to "Roles" to close the drop down box then select next.

  • Mandatory fields are either:

    • First name and Last Name OR

    • Company Name

  • The display name field will display a default but this can be changed for an individual by using the drop down box.

  • Fill in the relevant information

  • A person will need to have at least one role allocated.

    • If the person will be invoiced via a tax invoice or via the end of month process then the person must be an owner for a debtor number to be allocated.

    • A person can have more than one role EXCEPT an Owner cannot be a Supplier

  • If the person/firm's role was not selected at the beginning then select the appropriate Role(s).

  • Click "Save" at the bottom left of the screen
