Send owners progress updates about their horses

A progress note can be created in the communications tab and against the horse record 

To send progress notes from the communications tab:

  1. Click on "Add progress note" 

  2. The date will pre-populate with today's date. 

  3. Select the horse 

  4. Add in your comments 

  5. Add any relevant attachments. The system will prompt you to add a media file already attached to the horse record. If the record is not the one you would like, please click on "add attachment" on the top right hand corner

  6. Click "Send" to send the note immediately or Click "Save" if you would like to send the note later 

  7. The note will be sent to all people listed under "Interested Parties" against the relevant horse record

To send progress notes from the horse record:

  1. Open the relevant horse record 

  2. Navigate to the Communications tab 

  3. Click on "Add progress note"
