Click on procedures 

Click on "Create procedure" 

Enter the procedure date 

Select to charge the horse or the person 

Select the horse(s) or person 

Select the procedure. Procedures can be added via Procedures >> "Create new procedure" 

Depending on the procedure type, another screen may appear with additional information to be filled out e.g. new location status 

Click add procedure

Go to horses 

Open the relevant record 

Click on procedures 

Click create procedures
