How do I add a financial charge to procedures?

Add a chargeable amount to procedures for invoicing

  1. Click on the gear icon on the top right of the screen 

  2. Select settings 

  3. Select Procedures. This is the list of procedures that are currently available in your database. 

  4. The amount column indicates what fee will be invoice when the procedure is selected for a horse or client. 

  1. Find the procedure you would like to edit and click on the gear drop-down menu

  2. Click update 

  3. Enter Amount 

  4. Click update procedure
