Delete a transaction

Remove a transaction from your system

  1. Go to Finance 

  2. Click on transaction 

  3. Find the relevant transaction 

  4. Hover over the transaction and click on the gear 

  5. Click Delete 

  6. Confirm deletion by clicking on Delete Transaction 

Unable to delete a transaction 

You can not delete transactions that are on bulk journals. The bulk journal will need to be reversed to remove the transactions. In addition, you can not delete transactions that are invoiced. The invoices will need to be removed first, then you can delete the transaction.
