To add a video already stored against a horse record to a progress note:
From the main screen go to Today's Communications
Click on Add Progress Note
Select a horse, add a description and tap on Add Attachment
Find the video you wish to attach, go to the right hand side of the line and click on the gearwheel
Click Add To Note
Make final changes, then press Send
