You are now in a position to send statements to owners and request payment for products and services provided to horses on the property during the month.
You need to select View Statements to be able to email and print the statements. You can review statements as needed by clicking on View Statement. The list can also be printed or exported to Excel
The next section allows you to see the email details, and who replies will go to. This can be set up under Options/Settings/Communications. The emails Subject and Email message can also be set up as a default under Communications. The message can be changed on this screen as a one-off message if required.
Enter who you want to send a blind copy of the email to, so you have a record of the emails.
Add an attachment to send with statements for example a PDF publicity brochure or terms and conditions information sheet.
There are instructions on what will happen once Email statement is selected
Select Email statements. Confirm that you want to email the statements.
A message will appear indicating the number of emails that have been sent and the number that need to be printed. Select Close
To print statements, select Print Statements button and the system will generate PDFs that can be printed.
Select Finish to complete your month end
Congratulations! you have finished your month end and sent out statements to owners.
