Add an attachment to an expense

Attach invoices to expenses for superior record keeping

  1. Go to finance 

  2. Click on expense 

  3. Find the expense on the appropriate day

  4. Hover over the expense and click on the gear that appears at the end of the row 

  5. Click on Attachments. This will show all attachments link to this expense. 

  6. Click on add attachment 

  7. Enter Title

  8. Enter Description (Optional) 

  9. Select the file from your computer 

  10. Click add attachment
