Record a client payment

Record payments to clients bank accounts

  1. Go to finance

  2. Click on banking 

  3. Select payments for the relevant bank account 

  4. Click on add payment 

  5. Enter the date of the payment 

  6. Change to Client 

  7. Select the client 

  8. Enter the payment type 

  9. Enter the debit code. This will default to debtors loan account

  10. Enter the amount 

  11. Enter a comment 

  12. Click add payment
