Expiring a procedure from your procedure list will stop it from showing up in lists when entering in new procedures against horses/clients on the phone or via the site.
Click on the gear
Click on settings
Click on procedures
Highlight the procedure row and click on the gear
Click expire
If you have incorrectly expired a procedure, you can also enable it in this screen.
Change the view to "All procedures" and a new column will appear in the list
If Current has a red cross, the procedure has been expired
Hover over procedure row and click on gear
Click enable
