Navigate to the horses tab 

Click on add

Search for the horse name 

The search will return possible horse matches

Select the relevant horse name 

This will add the horse to your database. When this has been completed, a pop up will appear confirming entry.

You can then add in ownership or start adding procedures against the horse. You won't be able to send communications out against the horse until ownership or interested parties is set.
