Click on the green button 

Select Voice 

If you were in a horse record when you clicked on the green button, the horse name will be prefilled. If not you will need to select the horse

Click on the red button to start recording 

Click on the red square to stop recording 

You can play back the voice note and choose to discard and record as required 

Click save to save the note against the horse record. You can choose to send this as a progress voice note later via the web portal 

Click send to send the voice note immediately to owners and interested parties
