Click on the green plus button at the bottom of the screen

Select progress

Select the horse. This might be prefilled if you clicked on the green button whilst in a horse record

Enter the comment. This will appear in the body of the email 

Add attachments. You will be able to select any photos or videos attached to the horse record

Click save to send the note at a later date via the web portal 

Click send to send the voice notes to all owners and interested parties immediately.
