On a predetermined trip that is regularly booked, default extra cost can also be added. This may include known cost that always occur on this trip e.g. Toll, stop over costs for boxing horses
The default extra costs can be set up when the trip is created or when the trip is being updated. To add a new extra cost go to Settings/Trips, select "+ Add" on the Extra Cost menu
Service - drop down list with service codes set up under Settings/Services
Amount - cost of the extra cost
Type - Description of extra cost
Select Update to save the extra cost. Multiple extra costs can be added to the trip.
After the extra costs has been saved it can be edited or deleted.
When the trip that the extra costs are associated to is added in the Movement screen, the extra costs will also be added to the movement. The default extra charges can be updated in the movement screen
