When adding a movement extra charges can be added to the movement. Prior to adding an extra charge the movement should have who the movement is being charged to, horse(s) added and a To and From location included.
Select the small pencil next to Extra charges.
The extra charges table will be displayed.
Select +Add to create a new extra charge.
Charge To - can be charged to the client or a horse
Horse(s) - can be charged to all horses or an individual horse
Leg(s) - if a multi leg movement then select the leg (trip) the extra cost relates to
Service - select the service code the extra charge relates to
Amount - enter the amount of the extra charge
Type - free form text - description of the extra charge
Select Update to save. Multiple extra charges can be added via this table.
When all extra charges have been added select “Return to movement”
