When multiple movements with the same From and To details (or similar details) need to be added to a job, Copy Movement is used. Once a movement has been created, the details of the movement can be used in another movement.

Enter the details of the first movement then select Copy Movement. Charge to client and horse details will be cleared but all other fields from the first movement will be saved including the extra charges. The job panel will display the horse added to the job.

Continue to copy movements until all movements required are added to the job. Once all movements that need to be copied have been added to a job, to save the last movement, select one of the following:

  • Add & Close - add the movement and close the movement screen

  • Add to job - add movement, clear movement screen fields and display last movement in the Job Panel.

Movements can then be edited or deleted from the Job panel. Once all movements have been updated, the changes can be saved by selecting Save Job & Close on the Job panel.
