Settings/Procedure Links will show all linked procedures in a table. The user has to have the permission Linked Procedures - View set up in Accounts/User.

The link can be Updated or Deleted via the small gear on the right of the procedure. A user will require the permission Linked Procedures - Edit to make changes to linked procedures under Settings.
