A PDF or multiple PDF contracts can be created to print and send to owners. If multiple bookings are selected, then multiple PDFs will be created in one file.

Select Print Contract from the Contracts view menu

In Contract template, select the contract to be used. PDF will be selected then select CREATE.

The PDF file will be displayed in a separate tab.

Scroll through to check all details are correct. If an individual PDF is required for each owner, then the bookings will have to be selected one at a time.
