All views can have columns removed from the view. This can be used for exporting and printing the details in the view.

Select the drop-down list for Columns.

All columns are selected. Scroll through the list and remove the columns not required then select OK.

Only the columns selected will now be shown on the view.

If Excel Export or Print is selected, only the columns that have been selected will be printed/exported.
