The default departure advice shows the horse brand and key procedures. If this is not required, the departure advice can be modified to remove this information.

Go to Settings/Procedures and search for Departed Procedure.

Select Update from the small gear on the right of the procedure.

The Key procedures and Brands are selected by default. Unselect both or one option depending on what is required on the Departure advice.

Go to Communications/Progress Note and view any horse that has been departed. When the Departure Advice is viewed the key procedure and brand details will no longer be included.
