When the Dispatch screen is opened, on the right under Manage Run, a new run can be created. Movement can be dragged into the run and then the run name and other details can be added OR a run can be created then the movements added later.

Mandatory fields are Run name and Run Status. Driver(s), Truck and scheduled date/time can be added later.

The Run name must be unique. Cannot have two runs with the same name. The date of the run can be used in the name to distinguish it from a similar run e.g. 04/01/23 Magic Millions Sale run.

Select Create Run to save the run. It will appear in the drop-down list at the top of the page as long as it has a status of Scheduled or Tentative.
