Movements that have not been added to a run are classed as Unscheduled. When the Dispatch screen is opened, all movements that have not been added to a run are located in the left-hand side in the Movements panel.

The unscheduled movements can be sorted by

On the right a user can open an existing run from the drop-down list then drag and drop the movements into the Manage run panel or the movements can be dragged and dropped into a blank panel and then a new run can be created.

The movements will not disappear from the left panel until Save Changes or Create run is selected in the Manage run screen.
