Shows runs that have been cancelled.
Once a run is marked cancelled it will no longer be available on the drop-down list for runs on views, Dispatch tab or in the movement screen. If the run is required, changed the run status back to Scheduled.
The view can be filtered by depot if there is more than one truck depot.
The run status can be changed on this view but there is no other option to edit. If other fields need to be edited, change the run back to a status of Scheduled. Edit can be done selecting Edit from the view menu.
Scheduled – date and time the run is scheduled to leave
Run – run name
Run Status – Drop down list. Can be set to scheduled, cancelled or completed - editable
Driver(s) – driver name - more than one driver can be allocated to a run
Truck – truck name
Capacity - number of spaces in the truck
Pickup – date/time for first pick up for run
From – run starting location
Required By– date/time last drop off
Deliver to – last drop off location
Horse - horse being moved
Job num – job number
