Horses and riders need to be allocated to a venue for trackwork so they will appear on the list of horses and riders for the trackwork and exercises grid.

A property needs to have the role - Trackwork venue - added to it.

You can either add a new Property via People - Add person or you can update an existing property and add the role Trackwork venue to the property.

To update, go to People and search for the property you want to add the trackwork venue role to.

Select the property then the Person details tab.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Trackwork venue then Save the change.
