If you are part of a program that offers ongoing monthly support, the cards will be refilled on the 1st of the month. If you are unsure what program you are part of, please contact us via the online chat. Program design will have taken place during your onboarding process.
Card users do not receive a new card, their existing card simply gets refilled and the new balance will be displayed accordingly. If a card is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately and a new one can be ordered.
